Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and shuvo9 ("shuvo9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at shuvo9.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features offered therein.

By accessing the shuvo9 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the shuvo9 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The shuvo9 platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on shuvo9. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the shuvo9 platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an account.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by shuvo9 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of shuvo9 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

shuvo9 employs automated and manual systems to detect underage access attempts. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made may be returned to the original payment source at shuvo9's sole discretion after deducting any administrative costs incurred.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting features on shuvo9, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on shuvo9. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. shuvo9 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a suspected duplicate and to void any bets or bonuses connected with those accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify shuvo9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• shuvo9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Account usernames may not impersonate shuvo9 staff, other players, or any real person or brand.

shuvo9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on shuvo9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). shuvo9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via foreign currency payment methods will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.

shuvo9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking options including Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to operational availability at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status; contact support for current limits applicable to your account.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes on average for verified accounts.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Transaction fees: shuvo9 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your own responsibility.

shuvo9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment services, or accounts not registered in the player's verified legal name. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified payment source will be suspended pending investigation. shuvo9 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

shuvo9 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the promotions page of the shuvo9 website at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds outside the permitted scope may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
• shuvo9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour in connection with the promotion.
• Players who self-exclude or request account closure while bonus funds are active will forfeit all unused bonus amounts and any winnings generated from those bonus funds.

shuvo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated, any bonus funds already credited and subject to active wagering requirements will remain valid until their original expiry date unless the termination is the result of a technical error or misuse.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using shuvo9, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. shuvo9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abuse, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on shuvo9 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any software, content, or intellectual property owned by shuvo9 or its game providers.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward shuvo9 staff or other players via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the shuvo9 website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of shuvo9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to shuvo9 for display on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from shuvo9 without prior written consent.
• You may not frame or embed shuvo9 content on any other website or application without authorisation.
• The shuvo9 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of shuvo9. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

shuvo9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally result in service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shuvo9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss of profits.

• shuvo9 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including improper use of bonuses or failure to complete KYC verification before a withdrawal window closes.
• shuvo9 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party mobile financial service providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• shuvo9 is not liable for losses arising from a player accessing their account from an unsecured device or network, or from failure to protect their login credentials.
• In any event where shuvo9 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

shuvo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the shuvo9 support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts subject to an active investigation may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and may be set for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days is available without requiring full account closure. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled but account data is preserved.
• Reinstatement after self-exclusion: Accounts under a defined-period self-exclusion may be reinstated after the exclusion period has fully elapsed, subject to a 24-hour review. Permanent self-exclusions are not reversible.

Where shuvo9 closes an account due to breach of these Terms, any balance associated with fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abusive activity may be forfeited in full. shuvo9 will provide a written explanation of the closure reason to the registered email address within 72 hours of the closure where required by applicable regulatory guidance.

Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the shuvo9 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account closure, payment of winnings, or bonus eligibility, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies applicable to the shuvo9 platform's operating jurisdiction.

shuvo9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, shuvo9 will provide notice via the registered email address at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of shuvo9 following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of shuvo9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated with an effective date of 1 January 2026. Players are encouraged to revisit this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) is the reference time zone for all dates and deadlines referenced in these Terms.
